The Honeywell ScanPal EDA5S is an enterprise-class mobile computer that provides secure communication between workers and internal business processes. It is designed for reliable use in transport and logistics, as well as in healthcare.

ScanPal EDA5S is Honeywell's new ScanPal series mobile computer powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core 2.0GHz processor and robust wireless connectivity via NFC, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1 and 4G LTE.

The outstanding 5.5-inch Gorilla Glass touch screen and ergonomic industrial design help to greatly enhance user experience and usability. The lightweight and slim design means users can easily operate the device with one hand, carry it in their pocket, and feel comfortable all day long.

A 13-megapixel rear camera allows users to capture high-resolution images for quality image documentation, while a 5-megapixel front camera allows users to participate in video calls.
The EDA5S includes the brand new and powerful Honeywell S0703 scanning engine, which provides accurate and fast reading of even damaged or incomplete barcodes.

Equipped with a rugged housing and IP67-rated sealing, the EDA5S can operate in harsh environments and difficult environments. The 3060 mAh battery provides 8 hours of continuous use.
The battery is also easily removable and supports Quick Charge 3.0.

EDA5S (WWAN version) supports one nano-SIM card and one eSIM card at the same time. eSIM provides easy management of subscriptions across different mobile carriers, making it easy to switch between carriers without having to manage multiple physical SIM cards.

EDA5S is built on Android 11 and can be upgraded to Android 13*, which reduces maintenance issues and provides long-term feature support. It's AER (Android Enterprise Recommended), a Google initiative that helps companies confidently select, deploy, and manage the Android devices and services that best suit their needs.
